Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Bookxy works because people show up and do the work honestly. These are the habits we ask everyone on the platform to follow.

Do the work you agreed to

Read the brief. Follow the instructions. If a task is unclear, say so instead of guessing. If you are not the right person for a task, skip it and pick another.

Own your submissions

Every submission should be your own thinking. Do not copy from other contributors, do not lift answers from the internet, and do not use large language models to auto-generate work unless a task specifically allows it.

Respect the people around you

Whether you are messaging a teammate or reviewing another contributor's work, be direct and be kind. Racism, tribalism, sexism, homophobia, harassment, and personal attacks have no place here.

Handle sensitive content with care

Some tasks involve difficult subjects - violence, medical scenarios, political opinion, adult themes. Only take on this work if you feel able to, and always follow the safety notes attached to the task. Take breaks when you need them.

Protect what is confidential

Task content, client names, and data you see through Bookxy are confidential. Do not screenshot, share, or repost them anywhere.

Keep it one person, one account

You may only run one account. Do not let anyone else use yours, and do not use another person's account.

Report problems

If you see abuse, unsafe content, or something that feels wrong, tell us at trust@bookxy.com. We take reports seriously and we protect the people who make them.

What happens if guidelines are broken

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, reject specific submissions, pause payouts, or close the account. Serious cases such as fraud or abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities.
