Terms of Use

These terms explain what Bookxy is, who can use it, and the ground rules we all agree to when you sign up. Read them once. They matter.
1. About Bookxy
Bookxy is a network that connects people with tasks that help train artificial intelligence and robotics systems. When you join, you can pick up tasks, submit work, and earn based on what you complete.
2. Who can join
Bookxy is open to contributors who are at least 18 years old and legally resident in one of the 54 member states of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), or in one of our approved partner countries: Brazil, Haiti, Jamaica.

If you sign up from a country not on this list, we may suspend or close your account. You are responsible for making sure it is legal for you to use Bookxy where you live.
3. Your account
Keep your login details private and your profile information accurate. You are responsible for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. Doing the work
Every task has a brief. Follow it honestly. Do not copy answers from other contributors, do not use automated tools to fake output, and do not submit work that is not your own. Poor-quality or dishonest submissions can be rejected and may lead to a loss of access.
5. Payments
Approved work is credited to your Bookxy wallet in United States dollars. You can withdraw to a supported local method once you have verified your identity. Fees, exchange rates, and payout timing are shown before you confirm any withdrawal.
6. Your content and our rights
Work you submit through Bookxy is licensed to us and to our clients so it can be used to train, test, and improve AI and robotics systems. You keep the right to be recognised as its author where that is possible.
7. Things you must not do
- Share your account or run more than one account.
- Submit hateful, violent, sexual, or illegal content unless a task explicitly asks for it under a safety framework.
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or qualifications.
8. Ending your access
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will explain why unless doing so would put someone at risk.
9. Liability
Bookxy is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we are not liable for lost earnings, lost data, or other indirect losses beyond what the law of your country requires.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the platform changes. If the change is significant, we will let you know inside the app or by email before it takes effect.
