Flexible Working Guidelines

Bookxy is built for people who want to choose when and how much they work. These guidelines describe that arrangement and what both sides can expect.

You are an independent contributor

When you sign up, you join Bookxy as an independent contributor, not as an employee. You decide which tasks to pick up, how many hours to spend, and when to log off. You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions in your country.

No minimum hours

There is no shift, no timesheet, and no manager watching a clock. Do as much or as little as you have time for. Some contributors do 30 minutes a day, others take on several hours at a stretch. Both are fine.

Own your workspace

Use a device and internet connection you trust. Work in a place where you can focus, where the screen is private, and where a task involving sensitive content will not be overheard or seen by others.

Take breaks

Long stretches on screen are hard on the body. Step away often. If a task feels heavy, skip it or pause. Your wellbeing matters more than any single submission.

Quality over speed

Payment is tied to approved work, not to raw time. Rushed, careless submissions get rejected. A careful contributor almost always earns more than a fast one.

Communicate clearly

If you cannot finish a task you booked, release it early so someone else can pick it up. If you spot a bug or a bad brief, flag it. Silence costs everyone.

Local law comes first

Nothing in these guidelines overrides the labour, tax, or self-employment laws of your country. Where local law grants you a stronger right, that stronger right applies.
