Question 1

What is Bookxy?

Accepted Answer

Bookxy is a task network. Task makers post paid AI, data and research tasks, contributors complete them, and accepted work is credited to a wallet that pays out in USD or USDT. It is built mobile first for contributors across Africa.

Question 2

Does it cost anything to join Bookxy?

Accepted Answer

No. Creating an account, verifying your identity and doing tasks are all free. Memberships are optional and change your task capacity, sponsorship slots and invite quota. Nobody at Bookxy will ever ask you to pay a fee to be verified or to release earnings.

Question 3

Which countries can use Bookxy?

Accepted Answer

The 54 states of the African Continental Free Trade Area, plus Brazil, Haiti and Jamaica. The country you select must match your identity document and your payout details.

Question 4

How long is the sign in code?

Accepted Answer

Codes sent to your email are eight digits and the input on screen has eight boxes. Codes expire, so request a fresh one instead of reusing an older email. Check spam on your first attempt.

Question 5

How do I enter my phone number?

Accepted Answer

Use the country selector next to the phone field. Search for your country, select it, and the international dialling code is applied automatically. You then type only the local part of your number.

Question 6

Why do I have to verify my identity?

Accepted Answer

Money leaves the platform through payouts, and task makers pay for work done by real, distinct people. Verification is what makes one person mean one account. It is required before you can withdraw.

Question 7

What does verification involve?

Accepted Answer

Three steps: your address and basic details, an identity document, and a selfie. There is no interview, no video call and no fee at any stage.

Question 8

Which identity documents are accepted?

Accepted Answer

A valid government issued identity document, such as a national identity card, passport or driver's licence. The verification screen shows the options available in your country when you get there.

Question 9

How long does verification take?

Accepted Answer

Most submissions are resolved quickly. Some take longer, and your status shows as awaiting review while that happens. Resubmitting the same documents does not speed it up.

Question 10

My document was rejected. What now?

Accepted Answer

Most rejections are photo quality. Lay the document flat in daylight, keep all four corners in frame, avoid glare and do not photograph a screen. For the selfie, face a window and remove hats and sunglasses, then submit again.

Question 11

What are qualifications and do I need them?

Accepted Answer

Qualifications cover your education, experience, languages and skills. They are separate from identity verification and determine which tasks are matched to you. Languages have the largest effect on what work you are offered.

Question 12

How do I find tasks?

Accepted Answer

Open the tasks section once signed in. Available tasks are matched to your qualifications, verification status and, where relevant, your membership capacity. Adding qualifications is the fastest way to see more work.

Question 13

What kinds of tasks are there?

Accepted Answer

Classification and labelling, written responses, comparing two outputs, audio recording and transcription, image and video capture, translation and language review, and quality assurance on other submissions.

Question 14

What does the response method on a task mean?

Accepted Answer

It states how you should answer: a written answer in your own words, a file upload, a multiple choice selection, or a comparison. The brief and the response method are shown together so you can see exactly what is expected.

Question 15

Why was my submission rejected?

Accepted Answer

The usual causes are not following the brief, wrong length, answering in the wrong language, vague generic content, generated text where original writing was requested, or poor image and audio quality. A reason is normally given, and applying it to your next task raises your acceptance rate quickly.

Question 16

Can I use an AI tool to write my answers?

Accepted Answer

No. Task makers pay for human judgement and human phrasing. Generated text is detectable, defeats the purpose of the task, and puts your account at risk of removal.

Question 17

How does the Bookxy wallet work?

Accepted Answer

Your balance is held in USD. Accepted tasks and referral rewards credit it, while withdrawals and automatic plan renewals debit it. Every movement appears in one transaction feed with a date and amount.

Question 18

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Accepted Answer

Verify your identity, save a payout account, then request a withdrawal from the wallet. You can withdraw to a supported USD bank account or to a USDT wallet address on the TRON network.

Question 19

Which banks are supported for payouts?

Accepted Answer

USD payouts are supported to a defined list of banks, including Zenith Bank, Access Bank, First Bank, GTCO, UBA, Ecobank, Bank of Africa, Equity Bank, KCB, I&M Bank, Coris Bank, Wells Fargo and Chase. If your bank is not listed, USDT is the alternative.

Question 20

Which crypto network do you use?

Accepted Answer

USDT on TRON (TRC-20) only. The network is fixed, so there is nothing to select. Check your address carefully before you save it, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Question 21

How long does a payout take?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfers usually settle within a few business days depending on the receiving bank, and USDT transfers complete faster once sent. The status is visible in your wallet throughout.

Question 22

Do I need a membership to earn?

Accepted Answer

No. Memberships are optional. They raise your task capacity and add sponsorship slots and invite quota, but they do not affect whether you can work or be paid, and they do not increase the payout on an individual task.

Question 23

How do I pay for a membership?

Accepted Answer

Press Subscribe on a plan and choose how to pay: card, bank app, bank transfer or USDT, depending on your country. Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Question 24

What is the difference between a referral and a sponsorship?

Accepted Answer

A referral is an invitation, tracked when someone signs up through your link. A sponsorship is a limited slot where you vouch for and support a specific contributor as they get established, and it carries a longer term share in their outcome.

Question 25

Do I get paid just for inviting people?

Accepted Answer

No. Rewards are tied to real accepted work by the people you bring in, not to signups. Bookxy is not a recruitment scheme and there is no downline.

Question 26

Will Bookxy ever ask for my password or sign in code?

Accepted Answer

Never, through any channel, for any reason. Anyone asking for a code, your password, a card number or a payment to release earnings is attempting fraud. Report it to support.

Question 27

Can I have more than one account?

Accepted Answer

No. One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are found and can result in removal and forfeiture of pending balances.

Question 28

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact page or the in-app inbox. Include the exact transaction line, task reference or date where relevant, since that resolves most questions in a single message.
